Someone's "old lady" can be used to refer to one's mother or wife. It is uncertain which she was to him.
At some point, Hard Rick murdered her and went to Ruby Tuesday to celebrate her death. He ordered meat loaf, which he claims to have been the best until he had Rusty's in the prison cafeteria. Later, Hard Rick was arrested for the murder of his mother and thrown in the Kanto County Correction Facility.
